Open the tin

Twist the aluminum screw-top off. Powder inside is ready to use straight from the tin.

Apply a pinch

Dip a damp fingertip or cotton swab directly into the powder. A small amount goes a long way.

Press & hold

Press the powder firmly onto the cut. Hold for 5–10 seconds. Bleeding stops as the alum constricts the vessels.

Wipe clean

After bleeding stops, gently wipe away any excess powder with a clean damp cloth.
