30-day money back. Email returns@styptiq.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the frequency you select. Cancel, skip, or change anytime from your account or by emailing hello@styptiq.com. No long-term commitment.
Wholesale accounts require approval. Pricing, terms, and minimums are set out in your wholesale agreement. Wholesale orders are not eligible for the standard 30-day return policy.
